2022 Environmental Community Grant Scheme
This year Ballypickas GAA were awarded €340 from Laois County Council under the 2022 Environmental Community Scheme.
We put most of this money into hardstanding adjoining our forthcoming walking track (September 2022).
The rest of the money went towards mixed shrubs at benches on hardstanding adjoining our forthcoming walking track. The shrubs are made up of bird and bee friendly species Lavendula and Berberis.
